This Privacy Policy explains how Pisha, a DreamerzPoint product, collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the Pisha website, mobile app, host dashboard, album viewer, and related services.

By using Pisha, you acknowledge that your information will be handled as described in this policy.

We may collect account information such as your name, email address, authentication details, selected package, and account preferences.

We may also collect album details, uploaded photographs, event information, branding details, contact links, sharing codes, viewer activity such as views, reactions and downloads, and technical information such as browser type, device information, IP address, app version, error logs, and security events.

Where payments are enabled, Pisha may store transaction status and billing records. Full payment credentials should be handled by the relevant payment provider rather than stored directly by Pisha.

We use information to create and manage accounts, host and deliver albums, provide downloads, reactions, QR codes and analytics, apply package limits, process payments, send account and security communications, prevent abuse, improve Pisha, and comply with legal obligations.

Photographers and other uploaders remain responsible for the content they upload and for having the rights and permissions needed to use and share that content.

Pisha does not claim ownership of uploaded photographs. You give Pisha only the limited permission needed to store, process, optimize, display, transmit, back up, and protect the content as part of the service.

We process personal data where necessary to provide the service, perform a contract, protect legitimate interests such as security and service improvement, comply with law, or where you have given consent.

Where consent is the basis for processing, you may withdraw it, subject to any lawful reason that requires continued processing.

We may share information with service providers that support hosting, storage, authentication, analytics, email, support, and payments; with album owners where viewer activity forms part of album analytics; with professional advisers and authorities where legally required; or with a successor organization if Pisha or DreamerzPoint is reorganized or transferred.

We do not sell uploaded photographs or personal information as a standalone product.

Some providers used by Pisha may process information outside Kenya. Where this happens, Pisha will use appropriate legal, contractual, and security safeguards required by applicable law.

We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legal and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, maintain security, and enforce agreements.

Deleted data may remain in protected backups for a limited period before being removed through normal backup cycles.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to personal data, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to processing, data portability, and withdrawal of consent.

You may request account deletion through Pisha or by contacting us. Some information may be retained where required by law or necessary for security, fraud prevention, or legal claims.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal information and uploaded content, including authentication controls, access restrictions, encrypted communications, monitoring, backups, and provider security controls.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep passwords confidential and notify Pisha promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Account holders must have the legal capacity to use Pisha or use it with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian where required.

Album owners should take special care before uploading or publicly sharing photographs of children and must obtain any permissions required by law.

Pisha may use cookies, browser storage, and similar technologies to keep users signed in, preserve preferences, support viewer sessions, remember reactions, maintain security, and understand service performance.

We may update this policy when Pisha changes or when legal and operational requirements evolve. The updated date will appear at the top of this page.
